Warranty & Return Policy

Warranty Policy
All Rainman products come with a 6 month warranty period. Rainman warrants the Product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Rainman within the Warranty Period, at its option, Rainman will repair the Product or exchange the Product with a functionally equivalent new product.

**Rainman Care Plan Terms and Conditions**

This Rainman Care Plan (the "Plan") is offered by SOS Station Sdn Bhd (the
"Company") for the motorcycle phone holders (the "Product") purchased
by the customer (the "Customer"). By purchasing this Plan, the Customer
agrees to the following terms and conditions:

**1. Coverage and Duration**

1.1. The Plan provides an extended warranty for up to 12 months from the
date of purchase of the Product.

1.2. The Plan covers the following models:

- Tempest Classic 360°
- Tempest Air 360°
- Tempest Lite

1.3. The Plan ensures the basic functionality of the phone holder, covering:

- Structural integrity issues arising from normal or heavy use.
- General manufacturing defects.

**2. Claim Process**

2.1. To make a claim under the Plan, the Customer must send the Product
in for evaluation.

2.2. The Customer can submit the Product for evaluation through:

- Walk-in submission at our designated service centers.
- Postage, with costs borne by the Customer.

2.3. The Customer must furnish proof of purchase, either by email or
receipt, when submitting the Product for evaluation.

2.4. The evaluation will determine if the claim is valid and covered under
the terms of the Plan.

2.5. Claims can be made up to a maximum of one time per four-month
period.

**3. Evaluation and Resolution**

3.1. If the claim is deemed valid, SOS Station Sdn Bhd will, at its discretion,
either repair or replace the defective Product.

3.2. The resolution process will be communicated to the Customer once
the evaluation is complete.

**4. Exclusions**

4.1. The Plan does not cover:

- Visible damage related to accidents.
- External scratches or damages caused by external forces.
- Damages resulting from misuse, abuse, or accidents.
- Any modifications or alterations made to the Product.
- Cosmetic damages, such as scratches, dents, or exterior wear and tear.
- Damages caused by external forces or factors not related to
manufacturing defects.
- Theft of the Product.
- Damages caused by fire, acids, or other hazardous substances.

**5. General Provisions**

5.1. The Plan is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser
of the Product.

5.2. SOS Station Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend or modify these
terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any such
amendments or modifications will be e6ective immediately upon posting
on SOS Station Sdn Bhd's website or other communication to the
Customer.

5.3. The Plan is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
Malaysia.

By purchasing and enrolling in this Rainman Care Plan, the Customer
acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions stated above.

 

Return Policy

Our current return policy is that all returns must be done within 14 (fourteen) working days starting from the day the goods are delivered to you.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • In the same condition as when received
  • In the original packaging

The proof of purchase (Invoice, receipt) must also be attached along with the returned item.

You may return your order for any of the following reasons below:

  • Incorrect item
    • The item posted was incorrect and not according to your order/invoice
  • Manufacturing defect
    • Any situations of defect right out of the box
    • Must supply proof of defect (pictures, video)
    • Any manufacturing defect related claims will only be attended to within 7 (Seven) days after receipt of goods.

Before returning your item, please get in contact with our customer service agents at info@rainmanworld.com. Any return without any prior contact to our customer service team will be consider invalid.

You may return your order(s) via post/courier directly to our office using a traceable mode of delivery to:

For any return items, we will require 7 - 14 days after receiving the item to conduct evaluation on our end. Our customer service agent will contact you once your returned item has been evaluated.

If your return is valid, we will process your refund or replacement, based on what your preference. If it's valid, we will reimburse you with a refund through the same mode of payment that was made in the original purchase.

If your return is invalid, we will notify you and arrange for your item to be returned to you, delivery fee chargeable.

Rainman reserves the right to reject any return, exchange, refund deemed unfit or reasonable.
